About the founder
My name is Timur Aliskerov. Most people call me Tim.
I am 24 years old. I am originally from Russia, and I moved to the United States about four years ago after the war started.
I am currently a student in Chicago, and for the last few years I have been building, filming, creating, testing ideas, working with businesses, and trying to understand how people can use technology to change their lives.
In the past, we had a video production company where we created videos for businesses, brands, and people. We even filmed part of a short film.
Why Dream exists
I never wanted this to be only about money.
I always wanted to create something bigger than myself. Something that brings together people I would probably never meet in normal life.
I like seeing the spark in people. I like when someone talks about the thing they really want from life and you can see that they still believe in it.
Just making money feels less interesting than creating something meaningful, useful, and maybe even life changing for the people inside it.
Life is short. I do not want to waste it working, surviving, meeting no one important to my story, and never building the thing I know I could build. I believe Dream can become that kind of place.
